HOW DOES IT WORK:  WEBSITE DESIGN AND WEBSITE CREATION

Predevelopment Process:

1. Free Consultation: We need to have an open communication in regards to your website development. This can be attained through email, phone or personal communication with you.

We need to assess and determine your online goal and objectives. Based on this consultation, we can suggest and give our an expert opinion on what you need. Options are also need to consider at this time. We will discuss our terms and conditions that includes our rates. We need to clear all these issues. We strongly disagree on any hidden cost and unclear issues before the website development will start.

2. If you decide to avail our service:

A. We both need to sign our WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT AND HOSTING CONTRACT.

B. We NEED AT LEAST %50 OF THE TOTAL WEB DEVELOPMENT COST in form of Check payable to ADVANCE BRANDING SPECIALIST.

3. Domain Name Registration – If you do not have any domain name, we will register your domain name of choice 3 years for Free.

Development Process:

There are 2 processes in creating your website:

PHASE 1: Website Design:
 
Our team of Website Designer, Internet Marketers will plan, sketch, drawing or do a blueprint, mock-up or model of your website using a page layout programs. Here, you will show us what page format you want, your color, text preferences, etc. Provide us your model websites.

STEP 1: Data/Information Gathering

Complete the Clients Job Order Form. This is a very crucial step. Make sure to fill the form correctly. The information you will provide us will make a big impact to the creation of your website.

STEP 3: Website Design Process

A. Based on the data or information you gave us, we will create a blueprint or mock-up layout of your site.  In this step, provide us your text content, images in digital form such as jpg or gif format, audio/video format.
B. Here we will provide you a secure webpage so you can view and necessary comments of the WEBSITE LAYOUT OR DESIGN. Provide us a feedback for any comment, adjustment and revision. You have unlimited revisions until fully satisfied.

PHASE 2: Website Development:
 
After giving us an approval and confirmation on the format you want then our Website Development Team will put your website format or design into life by putting codes/scripts to it.

STEP 4: Website Development

1. In this step, our Website Development Team will work on your website; apply codes/scripts into the design.

PHASE 3: Revision and Testing Online:

STEP 5: Go Online, Test Drive!

1. We will post and test your website ONLINE, utilizing all possible internet browsers for compatibility and accuracy of content, view it in our secure webpage. This is to ensure that you are the only one who can view your website. Here you can make unlimited changes and revisions.

2. Testing and checking all links and functionalities.

3. Give us a call or Email us for any comments, changes and modification.

PHASE 3: Project Delivery or Uploading to Hosting Server:

BEFORE WE POST AND PUBLISH YOUR APPROVED AND FINISH WEBSITE ONLINE Before, WEE NEED THE REMAINING 50% OF THE TOTAL COST OF THE WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT.

STEP 6: Comprises of Project Delivery or Upload to Hosting Server, The FINAL Process.

1. Project Delivery
Once we received an email approval or confirmation from you then we will post it in our secure webpage where you can download your website or email it to you and also all accompanying HTML/XTML/CSS codes.  

If you choose to have your Website in CD then we will mail it to your desired mailing address.

1. Upload to Hosting Server

If you sign up for our Package, then this would be the final process, the uploading of your website to the Hosting Server. This is kind of easy but we will do this for you.

STEP 7: Now you’re ONLINE, so what? “If you build, they will come”. I don’t think so. This is the beginning of continuous process. Market your website online and offline.

As part of our FREE service  we will submit your website to major Search Engine.
