Terms used:

“We”, “ABS”, “Advance Branding Specialist”, “Us”, “Our”, “Ours” are all referring to: Advance Branding Specialist. The terms “You”, “Your(s)”, “Client(s)” refers to Advance Branding Specialist clients. The term “Project(s)”refers to the website(s), logo and other product of Advance Branding Specialist. The term “Their” refers to 3rd party, the hosting company.

I. Acceptance of Project Proposal:
Upon presenting to us your proposed project, it is our own discretion to approve or deny it. Due to some circumstances but not limited to the nature or content of your website or Logo designs that we are not comfortable of doing your proposed project, we are sorry.

II. Payment Schedule Policy:
1. For non-online clients, we demand a 50% of the project cost before starting your project.

2. For online transactions and using our shopping cart, we demand a full payment before starting your project.

III. Payment Method:
1. For non-online clients you can pay us using your personal or company check, money-order and major credit cards. We do not accept cash.

2. For online transactions using our shopping cart, we accept major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express). We also accept check by phone, Checks by mail, Pay Pal and Western Union. Do not send cash by mail.

IV. Cancellation of On-going Project:
You have the right to cancel the on-going project however; we will deduct the number of hours incurred in doing your project. Our hourly rate: $80/hour.

V. Refund Policy:

Whatever method of payment you used, we will refund your fee by sending you a Refund Check to your official address or to the billing address of your credit card used. No credit card charge back.

VI. Revision Policy:
Unlimited revision of the style, typographic errors and content but not we the whole design, until you are fully satisfied before we will do the formal launching of your website. For Logo design project, you are entitled for unlimited revision of the style but not with the creation of another design layout.

VII. Schedule of Project Completion:
Timetable for the completion of your project will be determined after the Acceptance of the Project and upon doing our assessment and consultation. We request you to do your assignment by providing us the content of your website such as text, images and other multimedia files.
The completion of your project relies on 2 factors:

1. The complexity of your project but we are always on schedule.

2. Your adherence to the submission of the information needed to complete your website.

VIII. Project Delivery and Formal Launching:
We will provide you a secured page to view your website until it is done and ready to publish. It is your own discretion when to publish your website online. For Logo Creation, upon fully satisfied, we will send you the finish project in all format agreed.

IX. Disclaimer on Website Content:
It is your sole responsibility as to the content of your website in part or in whole to public and to any authority. Advance Branding Specialist disclaims any issues arises that may cause harm or offend the general public and the authority resulted from your website.

X. Project Archival Policy:
We will save all your website content until the time that we will publish your website online. We advise you to saved and back-up all your website content, its codes, text and images. We will archive your project upon your approval only for back-up purposes in case of accidental deletion or lost of your file.
 
XI. Domain Policy:
Our packages include your domain name free for 3 years. In the event that you cancelled the on-going project or changed your hosting company you will always retain the ownership of your Domain name. After a year of free registration it is your responsibility to renew and pay your domain name.

XII. Hosting Policy:
We partner with the one of the best hosting company. It is your responsibility to abide with their terms and conditions as your hosting company.

XIII. Copyright Policy:
1. Upon receiving your payment in full we will transfer to you the full ownership of the project, all its contents, source code and will you hold its copyrights.

2. Any part or content of our website, or its style and layout are protected by US copyright law.

XIV. Privacy Policy:
All the information you provided us for the development of your website as well as the password(s) of domain name, hosting server, payment gateway, etc will be treated with utmost security and will not be given, trade or sold to anybody.

 XV. Miscellaneous:
In the event that problems regarding your website will arise, just give us a call, email or send a fax, we are just around to give you support.

With your permission, we will create a link from your web pages stating “Website Design & Development by: www.advancebranding.com
